A traditional Italian flatbread, typical of the Romagna region of Italy. Made with white flour, lard (or olive oil), salt and water, are produced following traditional methods of working the dough and baking. Serve plain or filled with a variety of cheeses, cold cuts, meats, grilled vegetables or sweet ingredients. The Crescioni range, made with the piadina flatbread, are prefilled with delicious ingredients, closed and cooked to perfection.
Together with the traditional Piadina (flatbread), the Crescioni is a savoury variety and excellent healthy meal option. Based on tradition, this product is filled with all natural quality ingredients like meats, cheeses and vegetables, then closed to a half moon shaped and baked.
Raw materials are of the highest quality and all certified. Thanks to the technique of the deepfreezing (IQF - Individual Quick Frozen) quality and freshness are constantly guaranteed.
