Only the finest durum wheat, with the highest protein standard, and eggs from free-range hens fed with natural products and with no-OGM cereals, creates the traditional dry pasta which holds excellent nourishing value, genuine scent and authentic taste. Drying takes place, under 36°C and between 20/48 hours in order to guarantee ease in digestion and quick cooking time (approximately 120”).
